DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!! If we could give them negative stars we would. Over two months ago, we bought a new car from them. We still have not received the second key !!!!!! If we could give them negative stars we would. Over two months ago, we bought a new car from them. We still have not received the second key we were promised. Every time we call them, we get the run around and no one will call us back. Also, there was a chip in the door that occurred on their showroom floor before we purchased the car. They said they'd fix it. Well.... it looks like a third grader used putty and a sharpie. It's horrible!!!!!We've filed a formal complaint to GMC Corporate. Fingers crossed we get a better response from them. More

I called the guys in service, got a day and time, and they set me up for a courtesy rental for the day which was greatly appreciated. I brought it in early and they had it out the door before lunch. As usual, the guys at Folsom Buick GMC Service department make the entire experience; simple, efficient and they do great work as well. Heck, it was even a couple dollars under the estimate which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend their service team for your car. Joe Manos More
