OK. Did what was needed, but nothing above/beyond. 2nd car I bough there in 5 months due to an accident. Both times they were a bit reluctant to get the exact car I wanted, as it was nothing they had 2nd car I bough there in 5 months due to an accident. Both times they were a bit reluctant to get the exact car I wanted, as it was nothing they had in inventory (specific color and option package on 2016 GTI). They did finally agree to get the car when I stated it was that or nothing. Both times buying it took far too long when picking the car up. The finance person seems to be the constraint on both occasions, even though I had an appointment both times. It took about 3 hours the first time, and well over 2 hours the 2nd time. They were not prepared to handle the refund of the previous cars extended warranty, even though I had specifically discussed this in advance. Found a loose razor blade in the interior apparently left by the detail person. Car was in great shape outside. More
