Once I had found the golf I wanted he worked with the lenders and actually got lower payments than I thought I would and got a deal. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend anyone to go here. More

He knew everything about the car, was thorough and patient, and was a top-notch professional from greeting to delivery. We also met Charles Bishop, Nate Nunn, Chris Nelson, Ray Clark and James Lordman--a first-rate team. The Golf is by far the best car we tried, and the more we drive it the more we like it. More

Went in to have my car fixed and purchased a new one instead Had my car towed into the dealership as the steering column froze while I was in Asheville on a business trip. Ended up that my ignition column seized up and needed to be replaced. Due to cost, time, age of car and need for a rental, I decided it would be a better option to purchase a new car. When I let the service person know, he connected me with Josh. Josh was phenomenal, patient and kind throughout the entire process. He met my needs by finding me a Tiguan, in a color I wanted, at the price point I needed. All the staff were very professional and helpful the entire day. They even gave me a loaner car to take my mom out to dinner in while they finished cleaning up my new one. More

I had been to 4 other dealerships that day, and while everyone was nice, I was really drawn into this particular one. Love the bright, inviting, unique showroom... cool vintage gas pumps and cars. While the GTI itself was the reason I ultimately bought the car, I really appreciated the people who work there (Andrew, Ray, Ossie, & Chris!) The paperwork was painless and you can never go wrong with free tie-die t-shirts, as you drive away in your new car with the sunroof open and music cranking! More

Everyone who I had a encounter with was nice. Even the actual mechanic who service my 2012 Volkswagen Passat idle my engine down, because when I bought it two months prior, it was idling up little too high to be parked and running before driving. Van who works in the service bay area is great to work around as well,Along with James Buggs in Parts Department Manager showed me professionalism as well.
