Ended up that my ignition column seized up and needed to be replaced. Due to cost, time, age of car and need for a rental, I decided it would be a better option to purchase a new car. When I let the service person know, he connected me with Josh. Josh was phenomenal, patient and kind throughout the entire process. He met my needs by finding me a Tiguan, in a color I wanted, at the price point I needed. All the staff were very professional and helpful the entire day. They even gave me a loaner car to take my mom out to dinner in while they finished cleaning up my new one. More

The paperwork was painless and you can never go wrong with free tie-die t-shirts, as you drive away in your new car with the sunroof open and music cranking! More

Everyone who I had a encounter with was nice. Even the actual mechanic who service my 2012 Volkswagen Passat idle my engine down, because when I bought it two months prior, it was idling up little too high to be parked and running before driving. Van who works in the service bay area is great to work around as well,Along with James Buggs in Parts Department Manager showed me professionalism as well. I did change my ticket to get new tires after Philip told me they were getting pretty worn, so that took some extra time. I agreed with his assessment, and liked his polite ways.
