So when we wanted to purchase another Outback, we naturally went to Flow Subaru in Burlington, because our favorite salesman Dray Daiber, who used to work at Maxwell, now works at Flow in Burlington. He did not disappoint us. The other folks at Flow were very helpful and gracious as well. More

Not only have our research and many owner testimonials convinced us that Subaru is the only vehicle for our family, but also we have complete trust and confidence in the Flow organization and in Dray. No hassle, no pressure, no BS. We happily -- no, enthusiastically -- recommend Flow Subaru and Dray Daiber for the quality of the car and of the car purchasing experience that they provide time after time after time. I scheduled an appointment to view the car and had to reschedule twice due to my work schedule. The dealership was very understanding and very accommodating. When I finally made it to the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Dray Daiber, who had been expecting me and had the car ready to test drive. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. Once I fell in love with the car, he allowed me to take it for a drive by myself, which inevitably sold the car. Jessica Turnquest, the Finance Manager was also very helpful and very quick. They did their best to get me where I needed to be with my trade-in and were super efficient. I didn't have to wait for hours or spend an entire day. I had one of the best buying experiences I've encountered. I will certainly recommend them. More
Refused to sell to me This dealership came with good reviews, so, when my automobile had outlasted its repair bill, I came here with the intention of buying a new 2018 Fore This dealership came with good reviews, so, when my automobile had outlasted its repair bill, I came here with the intention of buying a new 2018 Forester (outgoing model to make way for 2019 model year). I was advised that there were no premium models to be found at Flow or anywhere else, only upper models. The inquiry about any specials for the outgoing year was met with "there are no cash or financing incentives". The "no haggle" price ended up being MSRP, plus $1,950 delivery fee (on top of $900 destination charge), and several more fees which were higher than any other dealership in the area (found that out later). It was also advised that "due to my credit score", I could only get 4.79% financing rate. I inquired about the certified used 2018 Forester and was given almost full retail price (it had 16k miles in just 4 months of ownership), no budging on price and a ridiculous financing rate. Who buys at or above MSRP and above KBB/NADA value? I decided to just drive my current vehicle (180k miles) until it died because buying a car is so stressful ONLY because of the runaround and lying such as with Flow. However, my wife called another dealership because she also saw the $4k off any new 2018 Forester model/trim. I reluctantly went, saying if they didn't give me the advertised $4k 10 seconds into the conversation, I was leaving immediately. The other dealership gave me the $4k clearance discount immediately, plus, due to my strong credit score/history (ahem, well over 800), a choice of 0%, 1.9%, or 2.9% financing (48, 60, 72 months, respectively). I was given at least three choices of the trim desired or could have another found if they didn't meet my needs. I will never go to any Flow dealership again. More
