This was the best experience We have ever had in searching for and getting a new vehicle. We have purchased over 50 vehicles in our past. Well this very patient, very well informed, caring and professional sales person went well beyond call of duty in working with us. I then changed to Corolla. The process was simple in getting best price. NOt the usual games played. Yes, we all know these!! I felt no pressure, she just gave us the information we needed to choose the correct vehicle. This morning I changed my (our) mind and started all over,, but a Camry this time. We felt like all the employees at Brown Toyota didn't just look at us for a sale, but took extra effort to listen to us and what ours needs are. I wanted to spend as little as I could get and get better gas mileage. We now have a brand new Camry!! So, The price was right, Customer service like the old days, what else could person ask for.. Unfortunately its the financial department that gave me problems, nothing that could have not been resolved, just took some extra time and work on my end that should have been taken care of by the financial department in the first place.
