I went to Brown's just to take a look at the new Camry as I was in the market for a new car soon, I had gone to 3 other dealers who offered me such a low price on my trade-in that I had come to the conclusi I was in the market for a new car soon, I had gone to 3 other dealers who offered me such a low price on my trade-in that I had come to the conclusion that I would have to wait a while until I paid down my current vehicle a little more before I could buy another vehicle. Ed offered a no pressure test drive and just for kicks I suggested they evaluate my current vehicle while we were on the test drive. I was quite shocked when they came in much better than any of the other dealers offers for my trade-in. Quickly settled on a price for the new Camry and I was on my way! Ed was great to work with, no pressure and genuinely interested in helping me. He even followed up the next day helping me do a slight customization to the car at no cost (something I mentioned to him and just thought I'd have to do it myself). Very happy with my experience.
