As with any car deal when a trade-in is involved, I wish I would have gotten more for my trade-in. But, in the end I feel like I got a good deal on my new truck and am extrememly happy. Additionally, the parts department was also great when it came to helping me get new wheels for the truck. (the stock steel wheels are really blah) Anyway, great customer service and experience! More

The quote was reasonable, so I visited the Brown dealership where Del Baramki showed me a new 2013. Del is a very engaging salesman whose character and genuine manner inspired confidence. He guided me through the sales process that day, involving my test driving the Camry and a comparable 2013 Honda, ending with my driving away in a new Camry. My experience was relaxed and informed, and while the transaction was over no more than a car, it amounted to a pleasant way to spend the afternoon. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Del and inaugurating an infrequent relationship with a service department for whom he and Frances have set a high standard. More

Del was very welcoming and helpful to me. I was unsure if now was the right time to purchase a new Prius and Del was very helpful and did not make me feel pressured. He made me feel right at home and helped me every step of the way in the eventual purchase of my new Prius. The sales manager, Shannon Herring, was likewise very friendly and easy to work with. The business office staff were thorough and courteous, explaining all the details involved in finalizing the purchase. Overall, I was delighted with my experience with Brown Toyota and look forward to future happy experiences with the service department when I come in for scheduled maintenance on my beautiful new car. As always, the Brown service team exceeded my expectations. I was able to bring my car in when they opened and wait while they did the required preventive maintenance. The waiting room has wifi and free cold water bottles and other refreshments. I sat there for less than a hour, caught up on my e-mails for work, and was out the door. I purchased my car at Browns and have used them for all repairs and service. I recently took my car in for state inspection and service and do to personal reasons, I was not able to pick up the car so the repairs and service. Browns employees are so customer friendly and help in anyway they can to provide great service. I would not take my car any other place or in the future if I purchase another vehicle it will be from Brown's. Outstanding service. More
