I brought my 2009 Lexus IS 250 to Brown Toyota because there is not a Lexus dealership in Charlottesville. I explicitly told them when they do all of the oil change and tire rotation to ONLY rotate my tir there is not a Lexus dealership in Charlottesville. I explicitly told them when they do all of the oil change and tire rotation to ONLY rotate my tires side to side - not front to back - because my vehicle's back tires are slightly larger than the front. The girl who was checking me in seemed confused, but the guy beside her assured me that their technicians would be aware of that - it did not get written down anywhere. I pick up the car later that day, and drive away, only to notice a really strange noise every time I turn around a corner. It sounds like the car is going to blow up. I call back really upset and the service girl (I do not remember her name) who I'd originally worked with was very sassy and when I brought the car in seemed to think I was blaming her. I was very frustrated because I did everything possible to make sure that the technicians were informed, but she didn't write it down, because the man beside her told her she didn't need to. It was not her fault - it was whoever was beside her's fault. I feel like I'd rather have it written down and it be redundant for the technicians than to risk them NOT knowing. Anyway, Jay Malone, the manager there, did a really good job of appeasing me. He gave me a 'voucher' for a free detailing, which I have yet to use, but intend to. More
I powered the Toyota Prius incorrectly while letting windows defrost in severe cold. As a result, the battery died. I tried to phone the service department but was unable to get through due to the volume of calls. Instead, I was put through to sales- to Ms. Parsons. Ms. Parsons was willing to walk me through trying to restart my car- and had the patience of a saint. She was amazing. The assistance she has given me with my car problem- is like nothing I have ever seen before with a car dealership. She has gone above & beyond. The car did not start- she made sure I was able to get to work, and made sure the tow truck would be met-- and that there would be no problems with the hybrid car/special battery. I would highly & enthusiastically-recommend Brown Toyota/Leslie Parsons. Ms. Parsons has been remarkable. More

Compared to the other dealers that I visited today such as CarMax, I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness that I encountered at Brown Toyota. Particularly their consultant, Ryan, was patient an as CarMax, I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness that I encountered at Brown Toyota. Particularly their consultant, Ryan, was patient and open to my desire to reduce the price of the Camry that I came after. Their accounting service were very good since they worked with my bank and got half the APR that I could get before I stepped in. Great service too. Keep up with the good work! More
my experience at brown Toyota was very nice. this was my first time going there. I honestly was not looking to buy a new car at that time I was just looking. however my salesmen was very good at backing up first time going there. I told him I had no money to put down and he made it happen his name is ryan taylor and he worked very hard for me in meeting my needs and keeping his word.
