Last visit was Va. inspection and incl. TIRES FOR LIFE replacements...Ummansky never waivered from the contract I signed with Brown for this perk and, I have 2 Toyotas covered by this proviso! Great buying experience I contacted Umansky through USAA/TrueCar after seeing a Toyota 0% interest ad during the NFL Draft. I was contacted by Darin and he asked me what I w I contacted Umansky through USAA/TrueCar after seeing a Toyota 0% interest ad during the NFL Draft. I was contacted by Darin and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him I really wasn't looking for a new truck, but for the right experience and deal I might change my mind. He accepted that and we set up a time for me to test drive a 2020 Tacoma TRD OR M/T. His professional attitude and knowledge of the truck was great. I had a 2016 so I was aware of most features but he set me straight on the others. I told him I wasn't interested in less capability than I had and was only interested in a new truck if I could be below my current payment. I also gave him my color choices to work with. After a couple of rounds with his manager we came to an agreed price and 2 days later I had a new 2020 Tacoma. Great job Darin. No pressure and very easy to work with. Highly recommend! More

Recall Service Went in for a seat belt recall, was told the wait would be 2 hrs! I hadn't asked how long the appointment would be when I made it., so now I would ha Went in for a seat belt recall, was told the wait would be 2 hrs! I hadn't asked how long the appointment would be when I made it., so now I would have to wait in the service area I hadn't make arrangements to leave the car. I asked the service manager if it was possible to shorten the time as I had to wait for the car.. She managed to shorten the time to 1 & 1/2 hr. Great customer service! More
