We have had three Toyotas. They Last for years with no problems. We take them regularly for service. The last twelve years have been to what is now Umansky Toyota in Charlottesville. Annie , the sales associate was very friendly and nice. She lacked attention to detail. Seemed rushed. Example, ordered the wrong part ( cross bar). Put the license on with wrong size screw and stripped the nut. Asked that she notify us when the car was ready to be picked up. I called around 2pm. I was told the car was ready. I also called as we were driving over the mountain and told her we were on our way. When we arrived ,the car was not ready. We were referred to a very nice man to sign the paper work To purchase the car. He was very aggressive in pressuring us to purchase a very expensive warranty . When we refused , he became very matter of fact and no longer friendly. I felt like he just wanted us to get out of there and stop wasting his time. During the whole purchasing process , I had to talk with four different people. I would have rather talked with one person instead of having four people making the deal. More

I am not so sure that all the employees were following best practices in this regard, and I am not sure what was done to clean any surfaces after servicing my car. I saw something on the door of the waiting room, but it would probably be more helpful if the protocol was more prominently posted or distributed. Also, my receipt lists the multi-point inspection, but never has more detail than that. what exactly are the multi-points? More
