If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Spoke with chris santos via phone a few days prior to my "appointment". Was told to arrive by noon today. We get there and instead of being greeted by staff we chris santos via phone a few days prior to my "appointment". Was told to arrive by noon today. We get there and instead of being greeted by staff we were left looking around like we were in the wrong place. Finally the front desk person told us he would be with us shortly. Shortly was an hour later, all while no other dealers offered us help or anything. I noticed that when other customers of a different color came in, the dealers would jump up to greet and help them. When it came time to talk numbers and paperwork, chris not only didnt provide me with any numbers or official documents, instead just turned in all that he had and we waited another 2 hours. The financial manager came up to me with tags and said everything was taken care of. I was taken aback as i had not been notified of any financial doings and nothing was run by me. I asked the dealer what the monthly payment would be, it was totally out of my budget. At this time i alerted him that chris had not notified me of anything and that i would decline their services. He told me to wait and he would bring chris back over. Neither him nor chris returned, so i went to find him. He looked shocked when i told him that i would be declining to work with him further. Whole timeframe at umansky was horrible. Felt out of place, and almost jipped of my money and possibly my car. Stay away. More
Just fine; very smooth Came for State Inspection; shuttle with Kim was prompt and courteous. Notified of headlight problem - repairs made. Total cost reasonable.
