My husband and I bought a used Toyota Tacoma yesterday. The 2 salemen knew their jobs and the transition from one saleman to the other was smooth and efficient. Likewise our finance person, Forrest Rosser was clear in explaining all during that process. Dealership discounted me at every step, including calling rather than emailing price and multiple annoying phone calls. Then the woman who does the loan paperwork is a complete moron. I sat in this dealership over 4 hours, finally got to sign paperwork on a new vehicle purchase. The woman who was in charge of the paperwork/loan is extremely rude, unprofessional, and pushy. She got a huge attitude when we wouldn’t take the extended vehicle warranty or any extras. Then mid sign said we were committing fraud because a mother was purchasing a vehicle for the daughter and not for herself. She stormed out and refused to sign the paperwork for the loan of the car. Unbelievable! Don’t waste your time at this place, go somewhere with professional people. More

When Flow took over the dealership, I was thrilled because of their reputation for great service and customer satisfaction. From excellent mechanics like Kyle and Seth, to stellar customer service representatives like Amy Phillips, I have to say it is a pleasure to take my vehicle there for routine service. Also, I wouldn't think of purchasing a Toyota from anyone else but Leslee Parsons who has gone the extra mile for me in the past. Flow Toyota has a family, friendly atmosphere which is evident from Charles the courtesy van driver who will take you where you need to go while your vehicle is being serviced, to the service and sale managers who make certain everything is running smoothly. Extremely rude on the phone regarding maintenance on my truck. Completed 1/3 of services I requested. Attempted to strong arm me into getting significantly more maintenance than required (2021 Tacoma with truck. Completed 1/3 of services I requested. Attempted to strong arm me into getting significantly more maintenance than required (2021 Tacoma with 30k miles, wanted an oil change) and they wanted me to get an alignment, brake fluid changed, attempted to charge me for tire rotation, new filters which were not indicated (self-inspected per usual protocol at oil changes). They never discussed the cost of the service. None of this is indicated by wear on the truck or general service knowledge on vehicles, particularly new vehicles. More

Shuttle seemed like it was never coming back so I had to pay for Lyft to take me to work..ok cool not the biggest issue in the world. When my car was ready I called to get a schedule back and asked for a specific time or close to that since that’s when I got off. The response I got was “this isn’t a taxi service it’s a complimentary service” 😳 when I get there to get my car, I’m told my total is $87…wait why? I had a coupon for the oil change to be free. Lady at the counter went to ask advisor about it and next thing I know he slammed the door as hard as he could, walked out office and said that’s it I’m done. I’m closing the rest of my tickets and I’m out of here. Whoaaaaa all because you needed to adjust a price??? I’m confused. I asked if I was problems and he had the audacity to say yeah and about 5 other people. Talked to the manager Angela who I understand is not actually the manager. And basically her only response was a free oil change which hello I already had a coupon for and that “we have a process in place”. I hope that is to get some people who have customer service skills cause clearly y’all don’t. Last time I was there I was told an appointment time doesn’t mean they will work on your car at the time. It’s just means we’ll get to it today…sir that is NOT what an appointment means. I sure hope this new management under Flow helps them but I can say I will never go back there. More

Have never had good service here and consistently disappointing/rude staff. My last experience was the last straw and I will not be returning. I had scheduled an appointment over two weeks in advance for 8:30 am. Dropped my car off at 7:45 am. I stated they had the car for the day but I needed it by 4/4:30 when I return after work. When I came to pick up my car they had not started any work on my car and told me it would be another hour and a half. Such a lack of care for their customers and I am not ever giving them my money again. More
