My wife recently purchased a 2021 toyota 4runner. She had owned it for 3 days when she heard a "clinking" sound and the truck started to shake. When she arrived and explained the problem they treated her like she was simple and didn't know what she was talking about. They also told her it would cost $130 to look at the vehicle and she would also have to pay for the repair. Needless to say my wife was very angry and did not allow them to look at the truck. It is 3 days old and has less then 200 miles on it. The way she was treated was unacceptable!! More
