I don't normally (ever) write reviews, but I really couldn't be more disappointed in the Umansky team and leadership. After reaching a deal on a new Tacoma, the Sales team and leadership were at times couldn't be more disappointed in the Umansky team and leadership. After reaching a deal on a new Tacoma, the Sales team and leadership were at times both non-responsive and deceptive in keeping me informed and making promises in what turned into a two month wait on the new vehicle. Then, out of the blue, they contacted me with a simple "Sorry, we can no longer get you the vehicle. Good bye." They had no regard to a customer's vehicle needs, taking my deposit and leading me along rather than simply being honest and transparent, allowing me to find a truck from another dealer (they did eventually return my deposit). I totally understand the challenging market we are in, but can't fathom such poor customer service in the year 2021. Independent from the substance of my frustrations, I too was disappointed in how the management hung the young sales rep out to dry throughout this transaction. On many fronts, I know his hands were tied by management decisions... and much of his communication, or lack thereof, was because of management's poor supervision, transparency, and integrity. I've done business with this location before, when it was under different ownership, but will never go there again. Think twice and use caution before you do.... More

Leslee Parsons is wonderful! She helped us find a great deal on a used minivan. It ended up having far more bells and whistles than we thought we could afford (but soon found we couldn’t live without). Pl deal on a used minivan.
