Lies, Steals & Cheats. I bought a new 2017 Impreza from Flow. In less than 13,000 miles have had the engine rebuilt twice. Car uses 1.5 quarts of oil every 1000 miles. Deale I bought a new 2017 Impreza from Flow. In less than 13,000 miles have had the engine rebuilt twice. Car uses 1.5 quarts of oil every 1000 miles. Dealer cheated on both oil consumption tests by overfilling crankcase 1.3 quarts. The car is getting returned to Subaru of America under lemon law. Dealership is overwhelmed with incompetence. More
Horrible communication. Sold a vehicle to them a month ago. Payoff still not sent to bank. Numerous calls to Manager go un-returned. Stopped in and talked to manager personal Sold a vehicle to them a month ago. Payoff still not sent to bank. Numerous calls to Manager go un-returned. Stopped in and talked to manager personally who promised he would find out whats going on and call me back by 10 am the next day. No call, of course. Now they have the vehicle and I still am making payments on it. Not a very good experience when we thought about going to them to purchase a new vehicle. Will take our business elsewhere. More

The work wa Brought my 2017 Subaru Outback in for the 18000 mile service interval which included an oil and filter change along with a tire rotation. The work was completed in a timely fashion and and I felt the cost of the service was fairly typical of what you'd pay at most dealerships. So far so good, will continue to utilize their service department until which time I feel I'm being cheated. More

In for oil change for the first time I have just moved to Winston-Salem and this was my first time here. I had driven across country and requested an oil change and tire rotation. They d I have just moved to Winston-Salem and this was my first time here. I had driven across country and requested an oil change and tire rotation. They did my oil change but said that my tires were good and did not need rotation so I was not charged for this. They washed my car exterior and switched out a license plate cover per my request for free. They gave me a written exam sheet of all of the points that they checked on my car. I'll be back. More
Awful!! We purchased our used Subaru Outback Legacy a little over one year ago (1 year and 3 months to be exact). We have been very pleased with it. Only havi We purchased our used Subaru Outback Legacy a little over one year ago (1 year and 3 months to be exact). We have been very pleased with it. Only having really standard high-mileage oil changes when needed. 3 months ago, I had to replace the RT front wheel bearing. 3 weeks ago, our local mechanic says now the LT wheel bearing needs replaced. Now, we're over $500 in on wheel issues, so I ask our mechanic if this was something we were doing, or was it just due to the miles on the vehicle. He said he'd dig a little deeper for me and look. Found out my axle was installed improperly and all of the issues I was having were directly related to this. Now, this is a NAPA axle, so I get Subaru didn't do the work, but they sold me the vehicle with an improperly installed axle. They refuse to do anything to help me. The director of operations over the service center said they are only required "to turn the car on and make sure it works" before selling to someone. My advice, IF you go here to purchase, while on your test drive, drive that car right on over to your local mechanic and have it inspected ENTIRELY before purchasing. This dealership takes no pride in their service after the sale. Not to mention, I picked my car up after Flow inspected the axle, and was told I had another issue that needed to be fixed. They quoted $850 to fix. My local mechanic is fixing it for $150. A huge racket here and craps customer service!! The least they should've done would be to offer to split the repair cost to correct the axle. But no. This company has seriously fallen off since Vic stopped running things!! More
All Service Inquiries ignored trying to get Claim Status On May 19th I brought my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for some recall work. In addition to the recall work, I mentioned that some paint was chipping off on On May 19th I brought my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for some recall work. In addition to the recall work, I mentioned that some paint was chipping off on the rear bumper, in 2 places. The service rep took pictures and filed a claim with Subaru to see if they would cover the repairs of the paint chipping. At the time, the car was about a year old but was rarely driven (only around 1000 miles). I heard nothing back on the claim so I called on June 2nd, explained the situation, gave the service reps name and was told someone would get back to me with a status. No one did. On June 28th, I called again, spoke with someone else in the service department, explained about the claim and that no one had returned my call. She apologized, and said she would get back to me the next day. She never did. On July 1, I called again and asked to speak to a manager, and was directed to one. He did some checking while I waited on the phone, came back and said that the claim had been denied but he would check with a Sales Rep to see if they could override the denied claim. He said that due to the holiday, he would call me back on Tues., July 5th. He never did. I then submitted an inquiry, under customer service around July 17th, since I was getting no responses by phone after 3 tries. I detailed my experience, and provided an email contact. I have not received a reply of any sort to date. Subaru has my email, phone # and should have a complete record of the sale from a year ago but neglects to contact me in any way and has chosen to ignore every attempt I have made to resolve this issue. This was the first, and now, probably the last Subaru that I will own. More
Purchase of Subaru Foreztet I went on-line to find out about a Forester and was promptly contacted by a rep.,Anita Franks, who arranged my appointment at my convience. Austin Jof I went on-line to find out about a Forester and was promptly contacted by a rep.,Anita Franks, who arranged my appointment at my convience. Austin Joffe , the sales rep, did a great job answering my questions, showing me the features, and giving me pertinent information about safety features, including the Eyesight. I did not feel pressured into a decision before I had made up my own mind. It was a pleasant experience to work with him. More
