The reason for this rating is as follows: When I came into the show room Mr. Omar Lawrence came over and asked me if he could be of service. I told him yes and told him that I was interested in possible into the show room Mr. Omar Lawrence came over and asked me if he could be of service. I told him yes and told him that I was interested in possible purchasing a new Nissan Sentra. He wanted to know if I was interested in a particular color and what features I was looking for. Omar told me he had the color, I wanted to seat to move forward and to rise up and he said that the Nissan Sentra had the features I was looking for. He was very patient, and explained the miles per gallon, talked about the engine, showed me how to adjust the mirrors, the cruise control, the radio. He also showed me where the service area was and once I purchased the car I would not have any problems if I needed any type of service done on the car. I found Omar to be very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the car. I would recommend Classic Nissat of Statesville to family and friends and to ask for Mr. Omar Lawrence as their sales representative. More
Since it was 10+ years since I had bought a car I was a bit apprehensive, but the dealership worked with me to alleviate some concerns I had after the sale. I called inquiring about a specific vehicle. I was told that it was still there and the person I spoke with told me that he would be there until 8pm. I drove 45 min with my fussy, tired, and hungry 2 year that it was still there and the person I spoke with told me that he would be there until 8pm. I drove 45 min with my fussy, tired, and hungry 2 year old, only to be lied to for 30 min that the car was "sent off to be cleaned" then the salesman kept trying to push me onto another car. Finally he admitted that he was lying to me, and the car had been sold. The originally salesperson who told me he was going to be there had actually left about 3 pm earlier that day. The salesman told me how the two of them had spoke about the car that I was coming to look at and that it had been sold. They had my contact information, and yet, no one called me. Not one manager came out and acknowledged the situation, not even so much as apology. I am furious. More
I am never buying from this dealer ever again. Worse customer service ever. They say one thing and do another. If I could return my car I would. All they care about is selling. I bought a used car here for a great price. Everyone was very professional and great to deal with. I drove over 2 hours to come to this dealership because no local dealers could touch the price they were of very professional and great to deal with. I drove over 2 hours to come to this dealership because no local dealers could touch the price they were offering. When buying the car, the experience could not have been better. My only bad experience was when the car I bought had condensation forming on the inside of the car. I informed them that I needed to get this fixed and they said things like that aren't covered under the 90 day warranty that came with the car. Having the car less than 30 days for something minor like sealing a window and them not wanting to make good on that, well, is the only downside I experienced. Like most times in life, they called every 15 minutes before I bought the car, and when this issue came up, they didn't call back or return emails. Overall the experience was still good, but the follow through should/could have been better. But I guess the money I saved is worth the little cash I'll need to pay to have that fixed. More

I PURCHASED MY USED 2OO6 BMW FROM CLASSIC NISSAN ON OCTOBER 1,2011. MY VISIT WAS PROMPT,RESPECTFUL,AND EXCELLENT. The truck has an indentation (dent) the size of a quarter on the rear of the cab which I did not notice until I brought the car home. The dent is clearly a manfacturer defect. I am not sure how the problem will be resolved but I am confident that a solution will be found. Word of advice to all new buyers - clearfully inspect the car body before driving off the lot.
