When we arrived, they had the vehicle ready for a test drive. James,sales person was very low pressure throughout the process. There was an issue with the car but the service department took care of it without a problem. The whole staff made this an easy process. We would recommend this dealership. More
Worst Dealership Experience From beginning to end, the worst dealership and customer service experience. Car had less than a gallon of gas when drove I off the lot. Waited several hours for financing to finally get all the paperwork together. Management would not return or answer calls or emails after car was purchased. Finance manager sent wrong VIN number to another Nissan dealership for GAP refund on trade in and had to be contacted multiple times to eventually send the correct information. After eight weeks of waiting for a GAP and Easy care refund for cancellation, still nothing. Over half a dozen calls made to finance managers cell and office with multiple messages left and not once did he call me back. My only option is to file a complaint with the BBB and communicate through social media that customer service is absent with Rashard Phillips and Classic Nissan management. I have contacted Mills Auto Group in Columbia, SC also. More

Sharon S Williams September 3, 2014 CLASSIC NISSAN 1244 Garner Bagnal Blvd Statesville, NC 28677 Attn: Viet Luu GM Mr. Luu I want to commend and thank you and your staff at Classic Nissan. Purchasing a new vehicle is somewhat daunting, confusing, and expensive. Every time I went to your dealership I was met by Katie and other sales staff who never pressured me, answered any and all questions, and made me feel as ease and a person of value. Tim Henderson promised me the best deal possible and when I came into the dealership ready to purchase, everyone seemed as excited as I was that I was buying the Murano. Reshard Phillips took the time to explain all of my financing options and Katie Frontino took extra care to ensure that I understood the many different functions and features. I am so happy that I have a 2014 Nissan and tell all of my friends about the Nissan product and the excellent sales experience at Classic Nissan. Rough Start - Great Finish!! I was interested in purchasing a new Nissan Murano - I did my research and went to Classic Nissan of Statesville to see what they could do for me. They had the exact car I wanted on the lot - a left over 2013. We started the process and there were a few spots that needed to be removed on the interior - circumstances took a rough turn and we had to do things differently... The team that worked to make things right for me and my buying experience did a great job! They understood and listened. They gave me a loaner car until they could find me another vehicle. I walked out of the dealership with a vehicle I wanted. Thank you to Brian, the GM, and his team of Sharon and Bruce - they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and they treated me with compassion, took ownership of the dealership's errors, and did what they needed to do to make it right ~ I am a proud owner of a beautiful car plus will use and recommend their dealership to family and friends. Professionalism and courtesy were immediately recognized upon arriving at Classic Nissan of Statesville. We were greeted by new car manager, Tyrone Laws who introduced John Miller, salesperson. From the moment we began expressing our needs, John made us feel comfortable; asking questions and answering questions about the inventory on the lot. We are previous Nissan Altima owners, but we were excited to hear about all the new features in later model Altimas. John took us a test drive of a 2014 Altima. His knowledge of all the appointments and instrumentation of the vehicle was thorough and impressive. When we returned to the dealership there was no sudden "burst of pressure" from John or others. John was the only salesperson to work with us from beginning to end. An offer was made and the paper work went to the financial department where we worked with Bruce Hood. This process was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. In little time, my wife and I were shaking hands with all that helped us; we were on our way home with a 2014 Altima S. The entire experience was the best I have seen in years. We highly recommend visiting Classic Nissan of Statesville (NC) when considering purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. I drove two hours one way and purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus on 12/07/2013. On 12/08/2013 I noticed some problems with the gears not shifting and stalling, so I sent an email to the customer service manag Focus on 12/07/2013. She never emailed me back so that Monday I gave her a call and basically was told to take the car to the nearest Ford dealership since it is still in warranty. I have tried contacting Sharon and the general manager (Brian) several times over the past few days. My service date with Ford is on 12/13/2013 and they totally accommodated me, even though I did not purchase the car from them. I have yet to receive an email or phone call from anyone at Classic Nissan regarding the purchase of my new vehicle. I feel as if once you are off the lot with the car, they do not care what happens. I have had no help in solving the matter with them, they have offered no loaners or rentals to assist me even after my purchase with them. Sharon even stated that since we were not close in proximity there was nothing that could be done. I will never recommend them to anyone and I hope to never hear from them again. More

I told them what car I was interested in purchasing & what dollar amount I needed my payments to be and they made it happen. Before I left my salesman made sure to explain all the features in the car to me & introduce me to everyone in the dealership, including the parts & service department. I had my car serviced there and they had me in and out in no time for my oil change. I have recommended Classic Nissan to all my friends & family. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here again. Their new management & staff are wonderful. You will not find a better price on a Nissan anywhere else! More
