Another good experience with Flow Lexus I have yet to be disappointed by Flow Lexus. We have dealt with them for nearly twelve years, beginning with them servicing my wife's 2004 RX350 whic I have yet to be disappointed by Flow Lexus. We have been pleased with the service -- Mark Bell was an integral part of our early service experience. In his "new" role as a salesperson, he worked diligently to find my wife's new NX300h and she is delighted with the results. Parenthetically, I called him so many times discussing her wishes that Meghan,Poindexter knew my name and who I wanted to talk with by the time we purchased the vehicle. I'm planning to stay with what I consider a winning lineup -- Mark is looking for a new ES300h for me. More
