I was met promptly and courteously with no "run around" or additional "upsell." Since I had errands to run, I accepted the offer of a loaner which was clean and ready to go. They called me back at approximately the time they promised. When I returned to the dealership, my car was ready and waiting...in and out within 15 minutes. Service can oftentimes be so stressful and time consuming. I know lots of people put off regular maintenance because of the hassle. My experience at Flow was hassle free. I LOVE my Lexus, and I appreciate knowing that it can be easily maintained at our local dealership. More
