Regular Lexus maintenance Came in for regular maintenance, Ronnie made the appointment quickly, I was in and out pretty quick. The waiting area is spacious. The service of my vehicle was great. The wash could be better, they do/did vacuum the main portion of my vehicle, however, the mats are not lifted up, the inside is not wiped down or off, and the windows are as dirty as you bring them in.. but it is the complementary wash with service, so, there is that. Overall, it is a pleasant experience and I would recommend this service department. More

LEXUS Value & Quality I drove Cadillacs for years & then tried Mercedes & Acura for a few years before meeting Billy Grubbs & him getting me into LEXUS’s. We’ve now had 2 I drove Cadillacs for years & then tried Mercedes & Acura for a few years before meeting Billy Grubbs & him getting me into LEXUS’s. We’ve now had 2 LS & a GX ‘& a RX. They are the finest & most dependable vehicles we’ve ever owned. Service is expensive but this dealership personnel always give you as much for your money as possible and the service is always done right the first time.
