Michelle was very friendly and willing to show me or tell me anything about the car I was interested. She took her time with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed or pushed into buying a car I di me anything about the car I was interested. I was in the market for a used vehicle and found the staff here to be extremely helpful. I can now say our exp has gone down with this dealer since we have made the bad decision to buy this 22,000 rolling pile __ _____! dodge caravan from everhart honda used cars sales sharks has been back since we have made the bad decision to buy this 22,000 rolling pile __ _____! dodge caravan from everhart honda used cars sales sharks has been back to the dealer every week since we bought it from them , during the "test drive" the salesman riding along with my wife Michelle (who is well versed in knowing what a problem with a car feels like) said to the salesman, the tramsmission has a hard upshift and runs rough , and slips when taking off from a dead stop , the salesman saids " oh its because you just have drove a new honda , most men would know that" and yse thats NOT made up thats EXACTLY what he said to my test driving wife during the test drive , since then the dodge spends more time being broke then driven ...MY advise to you is STAY AWAY FROM THE SHARKS AT EVERHART HONDA OR ANY SALESMAN WHO TRYS TO BRUSH OFF A PROBLEM WITH A VEHICLE YOUR THINKING OF BUYING , if your gut and common sence saids somthing is wrong NEVER listen to what the salesman tells you , run to your car and drive of the lot as soon as you can ! your wallet will thank you ! then the mgr has the gall to call me and tell me its OUR fault that his salesman is new at being a salesman and WE should have been more forgiving FORGIVING ! WHAT WITH OUR WASTED 22,000 WE LOST ON THIS PILE HE SOLD US ! THEN HE "FORGOT" to insure the car before we left , said he was going to gas it up , he didn't , said there was two keys , there wasn't , we only got a second key because I made him wright it down on the contract that the to complete the sale vehicle must come with two keys as verbally stated... I bought a car from them and three days later the battery went dead. I got that fixed and two days later my gear shift was stuck in park. The next week while driving on the highway the visor fell in my lap ( went dead. I got that fixed and two days later my gear shift was stuck in park. Two days later the car would not start;( The customer service representative called to see how I was "LOVING" my new car. I told her that if it stays fixed it is a nice car, but each week it breaks down. She concluded the call with if you refer anyone to us you will get a check for a referral fee. I contacted my sales rep, but because I purchased the car as-is I have no warranty. I went online to KBB to check out the value of the car and it is $1,500 less than I paid for it! I know it was my fault for not getting the car checked out before buying, but they assured me that the car had just been inspected by their shop and it was in perfect condition. I know cars break down, but my "new" car has been broke every week since I had it and I still have to make a payment!!!!! That is not good customer service. I was supposed to take a lady to the lot to purchase a new car but I told her about my experience and she is now going somewhere else. I know I may be 1 out of a million, but when I have only had the car for 3 weeks I think there should be something done about that. More
We found all the staff most friendly when we arrived but not pushy which was wonderful. We explained to Ms. Helm what type of car and what kind of accessories we wanted and with a few questions she knew im not pushy which was wonderful. I bought my 2008 Civic from Everhart and have it serviced there every time. They are fast and efficient. I call for an appointment and I can depend on them to do a great job. I have never purchased from Everhart, but if I were to be shopping for a car, I would look there. I was traveling down I-40 with my parents, 2 hours from home, when our car broke down. Eddie Everhart saw m shopping for a car, I would look there. I was traveling down I-40 with my parents, 2 hours from home, when our car broke down. Eddie Everhart saw my mother and me on the side of the road and stopped to take care of us. He helped us create a plan of action, took my mother and me to his dealership, while my father worked with roadside assistance to get the car back to his dealership. It was getting close to closing, we didn't know how long we would be there, or if we could even give them any sort of business. However, Eddie made sure his staff knew who we were, and they were to make sure we were able to get home safely no matter what, even if it meant staying late. The staff was so friendly! They didn't mind helping us at all, and they even let me bang the gong in the showroom for fun. In the end, we wound up having our car towed home that night. They got no money from us, didn't expect any, and treated us like we were the most important priority even so. I tell ya. If they go out of their way like that to simply help strangers and keep them safe along their journey, I can't imagine how fabulous their customer service would be! Thank you so much to Mr. Everhart and staff. You guys turned a scary situation into a rather pleasant evening. I appreciate you and hope you have a successful 2012! More
