When I came in for service she pointed out that I might like to consider trading due to miles. I had not thought of this, so I drove a 2016 CRV. She and Dean pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of trading before 100k and waiting to beyond 100k. No pressure --they let me decide what was best for me.
