They didn't want to fix the issue then finally after doing my OWN research to show them it was a known issue they got it fixed. The service advisor Sean, doesn't care, he is extremely rude every time I've been there and worse last week. Dropped my vehicle off for service at 8 a.m he was so bland, didn't care I was having vehicle issues. I sent a text at 12:30 asking where it was in service, it hadn't been seen yet. I text and called saying I needed it done by 4 pm which would seem to be adequate time to service a vehicle. It wasn't the case I called 3 times, multiple text still not ready by 4. It was only a bluetooth issue i needed fixed, then he was rude when the vehicle was picked up. Honestly I'll drive anywhere else to service my vehicle from now on and never purchase here again because clearly customer service isn't a thing there. More
I leased my Honda 3 years ago and went back to Flow Honda today. My salesman Rashawn Emanuel was so kind and friendly. He was so helpful with all our questions. We decided to purchase my lease. Rashawn wa today. My salesman Rashawn Emanuel was so kind and friendly. He was so helpful with all our questions. We decided to purchase my lease. Rashawn walked us through the process and our options. Such a friendly and caring person. I would certainly buy from him in the future. Also enjoyed Cordell Hughes and his humor as he walked us through the finance paperwork. More

Very Unprofessional I buy several new cars a year and have had the worst experience and customer service with this dealership. I will drive hours to deal with any other I buy several new cars a year and have had the worst experience and customer service with this dealership. I will drive hours to deal with any other Honda dealership and i live 15 minutes from this one. I would not deal with them again if they were a thousand cheaper than anywhere in the state. We traded the car with 10 thousand miles on it so we wouldn't have to deal with this dealership. Buyers Beware!!!!!! More

I came in for a simple oil change and transmission flush, was told one price on the phone and was charged another when picking my vehicle up. Now, I mysteriously have more issues with my vehicle, than when I left it including a check engine light, I guess they weren't happy with me declining some optional overpriced services they suggested. I mean who would pay over $300 to get their spark plugs changed. They refuse to fix whatever they messed up, or even admit fault....I will never do business with them again, I advise you to stay away. More

Went in for oil change and they shorted my car on oil Paid $49 for oil change. They shorted my car 1 and half quarts of oil. Thankfully, I checked my oil the next day before I drove to work. Some aspects excellent Rger Hill was excellent! He was very helpful and not pushy. Unfortunately when we got ready to purchase the car, there was only one man able to perf Rger Hill was excellent! We had to wait for 2 hours before we got to see him and could pay for the car. Unacceptable. It had not been for that, it would have been a terrific experience. More
