My husband and I were out to pick up a BMW that we were closing the paperwork on at another dealership only to discover the deal didn’t feel right and the car was not as promised so I walked away. I felt like I had a bait and switch transaction, but I remembered that Flow BMW had been on my list to visit in 2021/2022 but is was during the height of COVID. Needless to say, I called Flow BMW while in the parking lot of the ‘failed’ dealership and was told to met Dan Bell I didn’t’ realize the dealership closed at 5pm and I arrived at 4:30pm. I met Dan who was very personable and friendly. The store was clean and bright and the staff was very friendly. He paired us the Carlos Carter who spoke to us when we initially arrived. I will admit Carlos was VERY patient with me and a dream to work with! Needless to say it was divine intervention that I ended up at this location after all those years. I had been a long day for us, we had traveled back to back for long commutes to finalize the other transaction and I became a little frustrated because I had not eaten since early morning and had not anticipated that I would have been out for such a long day, let alone at another dealership. Dan was wonderful, he offered my family something to eat and drink and I felt terrible that the dealership was now working after hours for us. Let me just say Dan Bell nailed the deal and had great solutions and did not disappoint! I ended up walking away with more than I planned and I am so happy they were able to make my day. Dan, Carlos and Tiffanie really hung in there for us and made it happen to ensure we were taken care of they went over and beyond. I live a little of 100 miles from their dealership and let me just say it will be worth the drive. Another member in the Flow family. My daughter and husband have also purchased vehicles from Flow (Greensboro/Sanford). Looking forward to the new relationship with the dealership. We moved from Savannah where Critz had been our go to dealer. We went to Flow for service on our X6 and z4. The service department here is the best I've experienced. Kenny and Nikki are CONSISTENTLY k dealer. We went to Flow for service on our X6 and z4. The service department here is the best I've experienced. Kenny and Nikki are CONSISTENTLY knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and efficient. A year later later we've now bought an M440i and an M4. The buying experience was as excellent as the service. Isai has been our advisor and is enthusiastic and helpful. RJ the sales manager was great and Tiffanie was also very helpful and straight forward in the business office. Definitely a good shopping and service experience! More

No apologize, nothing else, just stating "If you think I will find you a replacement car, guess what - WE WON't". Are these really the core values Flow Dealerships stands for? Unbelievable!
