Had a 325 that we bought from Flow over a year ago traded it in for a 525. Our sales person Brent was wonderful to work with. No hassle and everything went smooth. That is why I rate them a 5. This is absolutely the worst BMW service center in the state. They let your car sit for days without even looking at it. When you have your wheels balanced they manage to scratch all 4 and then say that state. They let your car sit for days without even looking at it. Their loaner car policy does not work for most people. I have seen them give loaner cars out for an oil change on a car that was out of warranty but my car which was under warranty which sat there for 5 days I could not get a car for. If you car about your vehicle and getting quality work done go to greensboro. All cars have problems. How they are handled is what makes the difference. These people act like there are no other options out there. Take your car elsewhere!! More
bad gasoline caused a break down while on a road trip. Flow service analyzed the problem figured it would take a couple days. Live 90 miles away, but may still buy my next bimmer there. More
