Roman was just outstanding to work with and the process was as painless as it could possibly be. There was no high-pressure and great customer attention. The selection is mostly nice, older cars in above average condition with very competitive pricing. They also sell cars on consignment and handle everything from compacts to European as well as American classics and trucks. This is a very nice facility - It was just spotlessly clean and showed a real pride of ownership. I had heard about Florida Cars USA from someone at lunch one day and when I looked them up I found all of the positive reviews so I had to stop by. I got there a little early on a Saturday, but Roman was early and opened up for us so we come inside and look around. I just can't get over what a positive experience this was. I went in expecting not too much but came away so impressed. This is the place I would send my friends and family. And I do love my BMW 328i!!! More
Never buy from here NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE CROOKS! This was my first time buying a car and they ripped me off they sold me a 2006 Chrysler 300 that they rigge NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE CROOKS! This was my first time buying a car and they ripped me off they sold me a 2006 Chrysler 300 that they rigged up I dove off the lot and 10 days later I was in traffic and my transmission went completely out I called the dealership and spoke with Irene who told me my car wasn't a priority to them that they had no tow trucks and I would have to have it towed in on my expense so I did that I had a 3 month warranty so that they would fix it...it took them 3weeks to fix the transmission after it was fixed I was pleased up until a month ago when I was in traffic again and the transmission went out again now their telling me I'll have to pay to get it fixed because they didn't fix it rite the first time...now I am out of my 2500 down payment and I have a auto loan on a car that I can't drive. This dealership took advantage of me they knew this car was defective and still let me drive off of the lot. I would never recommend doing business with them. They smiled in my face when they saw the cash since then they have been very disrespectful and won't return any phone calls. The only way I received a response was due to me writing a review on the BBB please do your homework with this company they have had 47 complaints with the BBB this has been a lesson learned I hope no one else makes the mistake I made More
I found a Grand Vitara Suzuki through the internet at Florida Cars USA (the 4th Suzuki I've owened). My sole contact was Jennifer and she was intelligent and so very helpful, honest. She arranged for A Florida Cars USA (the 4th Suzuki I've owened). My sole contact was Jennifer and she was intelligent and so very helpful, honest. She arranged for ASAP Transport LLC to ship the car to me in Iowa and it arrived in just a few days via the MOST delightful driver. My car was well cared for both at Florida Cars USA and ASAP Transport. It's absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I certainly would use Jennifer and Florida Cars and ASAP Transport again! Their pricing is realistic and Jennifer's knowledge is not to be surpassed. Thanks to all for an enjoyable transaction. C. Bender More
I purchased a vehicle from FLORIDA-CARS-USA on-line (eBay) - I had been looking for a Saturn Astra coupe for a while and they had one in stock with low miles and "in excellent condition". "Cold AC" wa (eBay) - I had been looking for a Saturn Astra coupe for a while and they had one in stock with low miles and "in excellent condition". "Cold AC" was one of the items they mentioned and demonstrated during the test drive - as I found out 1 month later, the AC evaporator was leaking badly and they had charged it just for my arrival and test drive. I would recommend you purchase from another dealership. As I negotiated with them on the price of the vehicle given the issues I found upon arrival (bald tires, no jack, radio controls inop, cracks in front and rear bumpers, etc.), they agreed to lower the price if I would leave a "favorable" rating for them on eBay - indeed, they brought up the eBay site for me to sign off before completing the paperwork. If I had not flown in from out-of-state to pick this vehicle up, I would never have completed the purchase and as it turned out, they were dishonest - not mean or nasty, just dishonest. They have my money, but I have a voice to warn others of their tactics. More

Yo-Yo Financing and Spot Delivery Scam!! No refund of deposit given when vehicle returned to dealer. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!YOU ARE WARNED! Vehicle purchased and spot delivered on October 1 deposit given when vehicle returned to dealer. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!YOU ARE WARNED! Vehicle purchased and spot delivered on October 10, 2013. The cash deposit amount is $1500.00. Subsequent to a sales contract and additional documentation, insurance transfer, temporary registration, spot delivery, and overnight repairs on the vehicle on October 11, 2013, it was later determined that no financing was available. Unfortunately, due to the failure to secure financing on the same terms, the vehicle and both of its keys were returned as requested on October 15, 2013. FACTS: I met with "Jennifer" Hernandez at the dealership who stated the above mentioned vehicle was $11,700. During the course of five hours, I completed a test drive with "Roman" Zenin and the credit approval paperwork and belabored discussions with the office manager "Irina" Maslo. When asked about the differences in purchase price than what was originally discussed, I was told it is because of the interest rate, also that the gap insurance was mandatory to the transaction and to be sure that when interviewed by the bank in a few days, to tell the lending institution that I paid a $2000.00 deposit instead of the $1500.00 deposit I actually paid because "they don't like that" and was encouraged to be "creative" with the references. Any question I asked or insisted on clarification of the terms was explained by Roman stating "my English is not too good". Irina stated that the next day I must verify my income. Nothing in my documents mentioned a conditional sale or bailment. My current insurance was transferred and a temporary registration was provided. I also made a personal effort to introduce myself to the owner, Vadim German, in his office and I excitedly shook hands on finalizing our deal. After at least five hours in the dealership, I drove off the lot and brought the vehicle home. Friday, October 11, 2013-The very next day at 9 a.m.,I spoke to and met with Roman and Jennifer entering the office for the day. The vehicle was brought in for the repairs we previously discussed. I was given a loaner with dealer plates. I emailed Irina the income verification and received a thank you email. Saturday, October 12,2013-Upon picking up the car the next day on Saturday, I asked Roman for what he previously said would be a printed diagnostic from the in-house mechanic. This document was not provided and I am now moderately concerned as to whether the repairs were ever done. While waiting for one final aspect of the repairs to be completed that was forgotten by the mechanic, I was offered the loaner yet again until it was completed. I accepted the loaner and upon my return to the dealership, I brought Roman a small gift for my appreciation of him and the sale. He later gave me his personal cell phone number and texted me that same evening to thank me for the gift. Monday, October 14, 2013- Roman emailed and stated by phone that the bank does not accept my income verification and that financing is unavailable. I was given the ultimatum to meet with the owner to discuss other terms. Tuesday, October 15, 2013 Upon arriving at the dealership and speaking with Mr. German, I was not offered financing at the same terms. Unfortunately, due to the failure to secure financing, the vehicle and both of its keys were returned as requested on October 15, 2013. I requested the return of my $1500.00 and was denied. To date, I have noticed many editing changes in the Craigslist advertisement post of the car(same photos and identical VIN number) including the previous and current purchase price, lowered mileage and most importantly that "my" vehicle is currently listed for sale. Very shady to say the least... The financing yo-yo cannot swing both ways. Florida Cars USA cannot say that we have a valid sales contract with approved financing at the same terms and I am the rightful owner, yet the vehicle is in their possession being advertised for sale by their dealership. Conversely, they also cannot claim that they will not honor the sales contract under the same financing terms, take possession of the vehicle and continue to keep my deposit. While the sources of commentary from online websites should be questioned, I respectfully encourage consumers to review Better Business Bureaus' website's "F" ranking and the Ripoff Report for this company. My biased opinion is that any website's positive reviews are far from authentic and likely manufactured. Interestingly, Vadim German is the same owner of previously dissolved and equally ranked Miami Car Sales and GBS Group Investments. The practice of yo-yo financing and spot delivery should be deemed unconscionable, fraudulent, deceptive, illusory and a failure to adhere to the spirit and intent of Truth in Lending standards. A determination that financing that has "fallen through" after taking delivery is arguably a vicious application of dealership tactics. The only available option of voluntary surrender of the vehicle without financing under the same terms is arguably worse. The only fair and equitable resolution would be to return the $1500.00 deposit. I regret not having taken the advice of the previous "legitimate" reviewers :( More
I bought a BMW here. The people were very low preasure and easy going.I told them what I wanted, and they laid out what they had for me.I mostly dealt with the owner. He was very straight forward with what I co easy going.I told them what I wanted, and they laid out what they had for me.I mostly dealt with the owner. He was very straight forward with what I could afford and what I could expect with maintenance for the car. They didn't do any of the typical dealer bs schemes trying to get extra fees or a couple extra dollars out of me after everyting was agreed on.No issues with the car so far. I got it under book value,so I'am pretty happy about the whole thing.I'd come here again for my next car.Thank's Roman. Scott. More
First impressions are great when you are buying a car from a salesman, filled with promises but never fulfilled. I brought a Ford Explorer 2003, advertised as nice car runs great with AC. Brother checked from a salesman, filled with promises but never fulfilled. I brought a Ford Explorer 2003, advertised as nice car runs great with AC. Brother checked the car out and found 1 problem that Roman agreed to repair. 4 days later the AC compressor went out, called roman he stated that the compressor was replaced and was still under warranty so bring it in and we will take care of it. Nothing in writting said that they would repair because AS IS is what it is. Check your cars and whatever problem they say they will repair, get it in writing because their word means nothing. More
