After having great experience when I was purchasing my 2008 BMW 328i from Roman at Florida cars USA, I decided to bring them my 2005 Saab for the serv After having great experience when I was purchasing my 2008 BMW 328i from Roman at Florida cars USA, I decided to bring them my 2005 Saab for the service, because it needed the timing belt to be replaced. Plus the vehicle needed the brake service, oil change and other maintenance procedures. Since I was introduced the service manager Alirio and he treated me very well. In 20 minutes he presented me the estimation and I was very surprised that the total amount of money for the service I requested was in almost 3 times less than Saab dealer offered to me and 30% less than other 2 independent mechanic shoppes were asking for the same job and which I visited before I came to Florida Cars USA. I love my Saab, that is why I am keeping it and babied it since I've owned it in 2008. And that is why the most my concern was the quality of the repair provided for less money. But since I bought my BMW from Florida Cars USA I'm familiar with the quality of their vehicles. So I made my decision to fix my Saab there and also Alirio told me that I will have 1 year warranty on that job. The next day I got my Saab back fully serviced and engine sounded like never before and I was very happy with quick turnaround and huge savings. They also inspected and diagnosed the whole vehicle beyond our agreement for free and gave me their recommendations for the future. And they washed and cleaned my vehicle inside and out. So when I get my Saab back it was great looking car again, run perfect and fully serviced! Many thanks to Florida Cars USA. And I would say I got 5 stars service! More

I discovered floridacarsusa.com and this was the first dealership I visited. I saw the Lexus SC I was interested in and it was BEAUTIFUL. I took it for a test drive and I knew it was the one. The price was very reasonable for this car, on the lower side of the blue book value. It was nice to feel like I wasn't being ripped off. There was a slight problem with the emblem on the back and Florida Cars USA fixed it right away. I've been driving my car for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it.
