Sucked Good service but bad car representation, I bought a 2015 bmw 3 series but they told me they did not know when the warranty would expire, it expired 2 Good service but bad car representation, I bought a 2015 bmw 3 series but they told me they did not know when the warranty would expire, it expired 2 days after I took it of the lot, not to mention that it needed 5k in work when I towed it back to Denver. I will never buy a car from them nor will I ever recommend that anyone buy one. More

I'll write the name here when I remember it. They sold me a xxxxed 2003 Toyota corolla in 2014, stole my money, then they stole the car too. They violated the 3 months warranty. That car almost killed me multiple times, it kept dying in the middle of the streets when I drove. The engine was no good at all!!! They took advantage of me with my hard earned money as a female. I swear they will pay for this. The owner is from Germany, I hope he rots in jail with no bail the next he gets arrested again!! He's horrible and rude!!!! The name of the salesman who tricked and sold me the horrible lemon car was Rudy, his real name is Rudolph. Urghhhhhhhhhh I hate them!!! Their mechanicians are fraud as well. I wish I could give them a zero star rating, they don't even deserve 1 star. More

THEY GAVE ME A FALSE CAR FACTS REPORT!!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2011 that was described as being a carfax certified 1-owner car that looks and smells news and runs abso I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2011 that was described as being a carfax certified 1-owner car that looks and smells news and runs absolutely perfect. It also stated this vehicle was accident free. I went to trade the vehicle in 5 years later and was told that it had a major title issue which was structural/frame damage from an accident that occurred just couple months before I purchased the vehicle, AND that this structural damage was reported at auction where the car was purchased by the dealership. This dealership mislead me and gave me a FALSE carfax report. I don't know if they tampered with the report or what. This is the most shady and criminal thing a car dealership could do. I would never have purchased that vehicle (especially for the price) if i knew it had been involved in an accident. I lost a good amount of money on the purchase and on my trade because of these crooks!!! I will be following up with my lawyers. More

Great Place Very Happy I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I went in thinking that I was going to go through a hard time getting a car and I was wrong. Leo my sales guy was nice and got me into the car I wanted. Irina is a great lady!! When I put my money down and supplied my info the bank was trying to deny me but she would not give up on me and found me financing that I can afford. My note per month is 250!! Before them other dealerships were trying to get me to pay 3000 to 5000 down with 400 a month payments. I felt like they actually wanted me to be able to afford it rather than getting a sale. They have my loyalty!! I got my suv over a month a go and it rides like a dream!! More
