Awful customer service very deceptive people Buying a car here has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had to deal with the owner is very rude and so is Irene his financial assistant th Buying a car here has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had to deal with the owner is very rude and so is Irene his financial assistant they speak in Russian in front of you among themselves while your in the room which i found to be very rude not to mention the place reeked of body odor but that's the least of it. We went in to buy a 2008 VW rabbit S which seemed to be a good deal our first sales assistant was of little help as when we asked for the car fax he did not include the sheets that stated that the car had been in 2 accidents. we weren't aware of this until the papers to buy the vehicle had already been signed. after that the salesman we had been working with had apparently been fired and we got a new one who was actually very helpful and seemed to be the only competent person at this establishment. We later went to a credit union to take out a loan for the car after we got the bill of sale and drove 45 minutes to get there only for them to say that they said the couldn't release the car for some odd reason and had to wait another week before we could actually take it home. When we finally got it we realized the spare tire was missing, Pretty funny that after a week of them having the vehicle the spare tire disappeared huh? There online webpage also advertised that the cars tires where in excellent condition. After going to two mechanics we realized the dealership falsely advertised the condition of the tires and apparently they where in need of replacement right away, They really where just a hazard to drive out of the dealership but after my experience with Vadim it seems he really doesn't care about his customers safety and once he has his hands on the money that's all he interested in, we called them for 2 weeks regarding this issue and i was promised i would get my spare tire but didn't hear anything about replacing the awful tires that came with the vehicle after 2 weeks of nonsense i called back only to find out my second salesman had quit then i directly called the manager who was very rude and offered no help. He even tried charging me 800 dollars for replacements he hung up on me and after calling him back he told me he was going to block me. I then i called the dealership directly instead of him and spoke to Irene and she was of no help either i asked her why they falsely advertised the condition of the tires and she said "because we can" that's when I realized trying to talk out a reasonable solution with these people was not going to happen i finally gave up and am filing a complaint with the attorney general if you still believe this is a reputable dealership check out their review on The Better Business Bureau. BTW I never even got my spare tire that i was promised. I highly recommend going somewhere else as these people are definitely not worth your time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! More

Don't do business with this dealer The dealer lied to me about the tag and the title saying they are included with the price of the car, and then I had to pay over 370$. and it took the The dealer lied to me about the tag and the title saying they are included with the price of the car, and then I had to pay over 370$. and it took them more than a month and they will never call you unless you call them. the lady working on the tags "Irina" was shouting in a strange way when I told her that my temporary tag expired and I need another temporary tag until they finished mine, I had to stay at home and couldn't drive my car because the temporary tag was expired. The dealer told me when I bought the car that the window can be fixed in a low price but I had to spend over that price to fix it. the sales man gave me his business card and later on I called and his phone line turned to be not on service! Don't do any business with these people it was one of the worst experience in my life. More
