Flood Mazda Appt. I was pleased with the check-up for my car at 70,000. I was given the sheets to read, to see what was checked. I had car inspected too. I got a price on a brake job which will be needed by winter. Length of time was longer because of inspection check. Car has been fine since I bought it in 2017. Glad I did. Alyssa was great and kind. More

Great service I have traveled to Flood Mazda in Wakefield to have all of my vehicle's oil changed and other service needs. Disappointed this time I have had all of my service done there for 2 years and am usually happy with the service dept, and make the trek from Cranston to go there, but this I have had all of my service done there for 2 years and am usually happy with the service dept, and make the trek from Cranston to go there, but this time after being hit with a large unexpected brake repair bill, I felt the staff did not handle the situation as well as they could have. At my last routine service visit, they could have acted proactively and given me a warning to keep an eye on my wearing brake pads, or suggest a follow-up maintenance visit in x miles to avoid a larger and more costly repair. Instead, my brake pads wore to the metal between service visits and my brake pads and 1 rotor needed to be replaced at 47,000 miles, instead of simply my brake pads. I was also disappointed to learn that the staff is instructed not to offer or mention their money saving service coupons that can be found on the Flood Mazda website. That is not looking out for the customer's best interest in my mind. More

Very friendly staff. I always get my oil changes here and they do an excellent job of accommodating me when I show up without an appointment right as they are opening. In the past when I've dropped my car off for service it included a car wash and a vacuum, but this time there was no vacuum for some reason. I don't know if there was a policy change or it was just an oversight it was disappointing. More
