Reliable and personable service I own a 2012 Mazda3 and a 2008 Miata. Flood Mazda's service department has taken care of both. They're polite and helpful and don't push aggressively I own a 2012 Mazda3 and a 2008 Miata. Flood Mazda's service department has taken care of both. They're polite and helpful and don't push aggressively for unrequested add-ons to my service requests. The waiting area is comfortable and the work gets done in the time promised. I've never been a fan of dealer servicing but Flood is an exception to the rule. More
