We do have many loaner cars as well as 3 drivers. Unfortunately, twice for some reason this did not help you. I spoke with my service manager Bill, and he said next time you have an appointment to please ask for him, and we will make sure one is available for you. We also offer the service to pick up and return your car as well. Again, we apologize that has happened twice.
