My experiences at Flood have been great, and I consider myself a loyal customer. I own three vehicles purchased from Flood, and the service department is stellar! I was just a little disappointed with a recent trade offer I received on a potential deal for a newer used vehicle. The offer seemed pretty low, based on my own market research, and it ended up keeping the deal from happening. Prior trade offers from Flood have been very fair, so I can't quite understand the most recent one. Perhaps the uncertainty in the market? More
