So far, the Flood Ford experience has been excellent. The appointment times have been to my schedule and the time for the service, to my knowldge, has been faster than I expected. Of note, while waitine for my vehicle to be serviced, I will walk around the Showroom and lot, and if I have any questions, they have been answered. Most places, which is why I purchased my vehicle there, would not answer your questions if you were not their to purchase a vehicle. This is another strong point about Flood Ford! My Daughter can not wait to purchas her first new car, (or used--new to her), at Flood Ford, because she has heard me talk about them. The Salesman, Reno Selvestri, ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was very helpful and I purchased my vehicle in March of 2008, in the morning and I had it later that day. It was all preped and ready to go!! This is another strong point about Flood Ford. They now have a steady customer ans word of mouth advertiser. Thank you More

I was very pleased to see that they can spot type of personalities from just a few minutes of converstion. I was very pleased to see that once I decided to purchase the vehicle, I did receive one on one contact, from John (sales person) and the finance director Joe. It was great to think you were the only one in the room. When it was time to pick up my car, John made sure I knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle and it was super clean and ready to go. I would not hesitate to refer Flood Flord to anyone I know, personal or business contacts. Thank you FLood Ford. More

This was my first time at Flood Ford. It began with my searching the internet, receiving a reply from Michelle, who directed me to John. I have to applaud everyone at Flood for their friendliness. I found the entire complex very orderly. Now to my purchase. I went from a Lincoln Town Car to a Ford Taurus. I loved my Lincoln, but I must admit I truly am happy with the Taurus. We just spent a month in Florida. The Taurus gave us a very comfortable ride, and it registered 27 miles to the gallon. I spent every morning polishing it and drove home just prior to the snowstorm, so it's dirty now. More
I had contacted several Ford dealers in CT and RI in an effort to purchase a truck (Ford F-150). Prior to contacting these dealers I had gone to the Ford.com website where I was given a price (MSRP). Overall my buying experience was quick and a very pleasant one with Flood Ford. Flood Ford offers an excellent buying experience. I never felt pressured to buy, but had time to make up my mind about my purchase. I also am extremely happy with the price on my new vehicle. We did not have to wait and he followed up with us promptly. Also called to see how we liked our new vehicle. This was our first purchase at Flood Ford. We will go back to purchase other vehicles and we have also told our friends about the good experience. Our salesman Carlos was a no pressure salesman and caring. This was my first experience buying a new car from a dealership and Jeff and team made it a very pleasant experience. His knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in, as well as his ability to "speak dealership and Jeff and team made it a very pleasant experience. Also, everyone there made it easy to understand what was happening during the negotiation and delivery process -- no hidden fees, no tricks, no misunderstandings etc etc -- which makes it easy to refer business to Flood. Overall my experience was a great one, and I look forward to referring friends and returning as a customer when the need for a new vehicle presents itself again. More
We bought a used Honda Accord from Flood Ford. Our salesperson, Ken Wylie, took a lot of time with us (about three hours) to help us find the right car, our first purchased from a dealer. We felt that he really listened to what we wanted, and got us a car we liked at a good price. Other dealers had the same car with more mileage at about $1500-2000 more. A few days after we got the car home, we thought that the battery wasn't working well. It didn't start up very quickly. We took it in, and they replaced the battery. No charge! More
