My wife and I had an appointment to see Ken Wylie at 10:00 am on March 31, 2009. We looked at several cars and drove at least three different models. We decided to buy the 2009 Ford Focus that we had looked at and drove out of the dealership at 2:30 pm with our brand new car. During the entire process the customer service we received and the friendliness of the people we dealt was outstanding. These factors including the price of the vehicle we purchased made our overall experience great. We will continue to recommend Flood Ford to all our friends and relatives. More
I purchased my new car about a week and a half ago. April 1. The total process from requesting a call to getting an appointment to see the car was great. When I arrived at the dealer I was greated warmly and was able to talk to Ken and we were in the lot in about 10 minutes checking out their inventory. I test drove the car and was able to have Ken evalute my trade in and talk price in a very short time. The whole process of negotiating a price was very painless and easy going. I was able to get the price, financing and paperwork done very quickly. They even offered me to be able to take the car home the same night. I had a great experience with them and really can say I enjoyed buying my car from them. Their service has been great and the staff were completely friendly and great to deal with. This is what a dealer should be like. I purchase my 2005 Mustang from another dealer in RI and the experience was the complete opposite. That horrible experience led me to Flood Ford and I'm glad it did. Thanks. More

The service department was and has always been very nice to deal with. My service appointment took three days but they made sure to find the problem I was complaining about. Also the loaner I was given wa to deal with. My service appointment took three days but they made sure to find the problem I was complaining about. Also the loaner I was given was a great help for me to get back and forth to work and home. I was unable to find someone to meet me to bring the car to take me to pick up the car and I would have had no way of getting around without the loaner. That was a blessing. More
