I came into Flood Ford East Greenwich to get my wifes car (2009 Ford Fusion) serviced. It just so happened that I was having difficulty with my old 2003 Ford Ranger (upper ball joints were going). I met Ke (2009 Ford Fusion) serviced. It just so happened that I was having difficulty with my old 2003 Ford Ranger (upper ball joints were going). I met Ken who immediately took me out to look over the fleet of vehicles. He quickly assessed my needs through a series of very thorough questions. The truck he showed me fit my requirements to a tee! The only thing that I wish it had was serius radio, but that I will have installed at the dealership on a later date. My wife also met Ken and told me she was stunned at how comfortable and at home Ken made her feel. Her last experience at a dealership was pretty bad (pushy/rude salesman). Ken's knowledge and cool demeanor coupled with his genuine attitude have changed my wifes opinion on car dealers. I can't thank Ken enough for his assistance! As I said in a previous survey, he should be nominated "Flood Ford Salesman of the Year!". More

Guy was awesome. Went to try used car but I stated what I really wanted which was a 2010 Fusion AWD sport. Told guy what I wanted for payment and that I would be interested in lease. He found a car for the p really wanted which was a 2010 Fusion AWD sport. Told guy what I wanted for payment and that I would be interested in lease. He found a car for the price I wanted in a matter of 10 minutes. Everything moved quickly and without any problems. Picked my car up couple days later and Guy showed me how to work sync and also said I could go there anytime if I had any problems or didn't understand how it worked and he would help me out. Chris did a great job of finding exactly the truck that fit my needs at a price I was comfortable with, no "pushy" sales tactics from anyone at Flood. My mother's car (I am her daughter and am on the title of both vehicles) was totaled in an accident and all of the staff involved with her claim and purchase of a new car were so helpful. She is 74 and had multiple concerns which were addressed by anyone she (and I) spoke with. Everything was made so much easier for us due to the courteous and professional manners of the staff. The auto body department, who evaluated the damage thus totaling her car, were able to help get a larger claim from the insurance company. They sure know what they are doing. The sales staff was patient with Mom's questions, willing to explain in detail how to operate all aspects of her new car and be sure that she was comfortable with everything. Caroline D.
