Contacted Michelle on 11/25/11 as the Internet salesperson regarding a specific 2011 Ranger in stock and asked for a quote. Her response was quick (within an hour) and contained the information r salesperson regarding a specific 2011 Ranger in stock and asked for a quote. Her response was quick (within an hour) and contained the information requested and an explanation regarding available rebates. Following my phone call to her on 11/28/11, she set up an appointment with Ken Wylie (sales rep) later that morning. Upon arrival at Flood Ford, Michelle introduced me to Ken and within an hour, the sale was made. Within the next hour, financing was arranged with Dan Kolenda. Intent was to pick up new Ranger the next day, 11/29/11 which was ready upon arrival. After the plates were transferred, and a walk-through of the vehicle, I was on my way in less then an hour. What a pleasure dealing with these 3 individual as each is competent and personable. This was the fastest vehicle sale I have ever experienced; less than 3 hours over 3 days (e-mails on one and dealer visits on two). Of the new vehicles I have purchased and dealers contacted over the years, these three Flood Ford folks stand out from the rest. More
Salesperson Laura Lariviere was extremely helpful, accommodating, and informative throughout the whole process of making this Purchase. In fact, she has continued to follow up via Phone as well as Em accommodating, and informative throughout the whole process of making this Purchase. In fact, she has continued to follow up via Phone as well as Email. What I appreciated most, was her way of making me feel at ease, and the thought of a High Pressure Salesperson was no where in sight. It is not everyday that I spend close to 30 Thousand Dollars, and this, she understood. She was Honest in her opinions, that were requested, and not given unsolicited. Before going to FLOOD, I was advised, by a former customer, to 'Look Up' Laura, and for that I am Grateful. I was made feel Welcomed, as she introduced me to all the personnel that I came in contact with. She is a valuable asset to The FLOOD FORD FAMILY, and I for one, am GLAD that it was she who directed me through this. Everyone encountered displayed professionalism, and down to earth manner of doing business....from my multiple correspondences with Laurie Pelletier, on the computer, who SHOULD have been driven out of her mind, by my numerous inquiries via emails for weeks prior to my visit...she was always polite, and tireless, with her Search to help me find the right vehicle for my Budget. To Laura, who guided the Purchase, and to Joe, with his easy way of explaining the Financials....they are certainly a Team to be recon with. More
John and Dan were both concientious and not pushy. John was very patient as we took the time to check out the Focus and Fusion features and test drives. He was knowledgable and answered all our questions a was very patient as we took the time to check out the Focus and Fusion features and test drives. He was knowledgable and answered all our questions about features as we tried to decide the specific model and accesories that we wanted. Price negotiation with him was straight forward. He stayed late one evening when we were later arriving for our appt than we planned. After the purchase he took adequate time to explain all features, we didn't feel rushed. Although we did not spend as much time with Dan he was professional and thorough the registration transfer was handled quickly and we were able to take delivery quickly. We also got a quick response and followup from internet support both emails and phone, unfortunately we can't recall the name (she sits in next cubicle to John). More

Great customer service, a family type dealership Ford Motor company should be proud of !! The dealer listens to the customers needs and concerns, they do give you the hard sell lines of many car dealers! Motor company should be proud of !! I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey from Flood Ford. I paid $25K for the vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it since driving off the lot. When I've returned the car for service I've experienced the $25K for the vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it since driving off the lot. When I've returned the car for service I've experienced the worst customer service in my life. The secretaries who answer the phone are rude, they transfer you to voicemail without explanation, and they have actually hung up on me. The service department will not fix your car correctly unless you argue with them for hours. Service will explain that your car will be ready in one day and then won't fix the car for several days (if at all). I've dropped my car off 3 times and have had to pick it up before the problems were corrected since we can't be without a car for several days at a time, only to have to bring it back at a later date and leave it there for several more days. This car dealership, especially the service department, is awful. Flood has a good rating on this website undoubtedly because they have doctored the results. Once they have your money they could care less about you. From past experience, Honda and Toyota dealerships are head and shoulders about Flood. I regret dealing with Flood, am extremely frustrated, and feel like my family has been wronged. More
I spoke to Eric in service after dealing with Select car and Truck on Post Road Warwick that person was Josh. They took 203.81 for a rental I never got. I got run around with Josh. I then turned to Eric in and Truck on Post Road Warwick that person was Josh. They took 203.81 for a rental I never got. I got run around with Josh. I then turned to Eric in Service at Flood Ford. I believed he would fix this as it originated there. He went back and forth with numerous calls to Select . This went on for 21 days with many empty promises from that company, he never gave up and was at the point of writing a check to me to make me whole. This ended up not being needed as of this morning it was returned to me in my account.I want to personally thank him and I am sure he grew tired of my daily calls and my personal challenge to his customer service. He was a credit to Flood Ford. More
I went in for a metalic sound eminating from the back of my 2006 F250. I was informed that my brake pads were worn through the front and the rear were down to metal, the rotors were beyond repair in the rea my 2006 F250. I was informed that my brake pads were worn through the front and the rear were down to metal, the rotors were beyond repair in the rear due to the pads warping and scratching the rotors, and the calipers in the right rear were not functioning at all and needed replaced. All of this work totaled over 850.00 as the service rep gladly explained to me. I just had a safety inspection 1200 miles earlier and was not told that my brake pads were low and needed replacing. In fact I was told that everything was running smoothly! I promptly left and consulted a friend who said that he would help me change the pads and the rotors. I pulled the rear pads and had 25% left with no metal to metal contact. I pulled the front and had only 25% wear, 75% left on the pad. I replaced all the pads, left the rotors because they looked fine with no large gouges. After puting everything together I tested the "bad" caliper with good results. Do not trust what you are told from this service center, get another opinion if not several before you pay for service you need, not what you are forced to get! More
