I had a nice experience overall. Chris, Michelle and Tony are given my highest rating for their tireless efforts and overall great customer service. The only reason I gave a 4 not a 5 for the "Quality o are given my highest rating for their tireless efforts and overall great customer service. The only reason I gave a 4 not a 5 for the "Quality of Work" section is because I was given the vehicle with a light out that I have to replace in order for my car to pass and receive an inspection sticker. I figured that check would have been done before the car was released to me, given that they're proud of their thorough inspections. That was a little disappointing. Also the advertised description was misleading because it claimed the car had a moonroof (which it did not.) Thank you! Pia More

Not sure if I would recommend Floor Ford, based solely on the price of my car. I would definitely recommend David Moniz, my salesman, who was wonderful, warm and so helpful.
