Flood Ford is one of the best dealerships i have ever worked with. Having credit related problems in the past i thought that i was never going to get approved for a brand new vehicle. I was introduced to Andrew and i was open and honest with him about my past credit problems. Before promising me a thing he went to his sales manger to see what he could do. Andrew was great he didn't give me the run around and was honest and guided me into the right vehicle that was going to fit my needs and my budget. When it came time to the actual approval of the car Paulette in Finance became involved, she was a doll! she introduced herself and said, let me see what i can do to get this loan approved and shortly came back with a YES!!!!! I almost fell out of my chair.. after being told no or that i needed a co-signer at a few dealerships in my past it was nice to hear for the first time i could get into a car without a cosigner!!! Paulette then started to process the loan while doing that she made signing paperwork a blast. She is not only personable but absolutely hysterical. At the delivery of my car Andrew set up my phone with the sync that comes standard!! in the car. Andrew showed me how to use the features in the car, and put the plates on and we were off. Lou check me in @8:30 a Thanks for the service-mail reminder BUT..... After my last visit for which I had an appointment made in advance 8:30 am... Lou check me in @8:30 and I told him I'd wait... I waited 1 hour and 40 min for my car's oil change. While sitting outside I had notice my car pull out of garage & parked by tech. It was ready after 1 hour. It was parked right in front... It took 40 mins for Lou to do my paper work. Only after I had to ask him to get my paperwork done and get me to the cashier. If I never said anything who knows how much longer I would have been delayed. Check your records for check in & checkout times I felt comfortable going there because me and my family had always purchase our Fords from Dick Cranston Ford. The last dealer to occupy that location Big Mistake! I was late for work also!! I don't appreciate being treated like that. Would you? ~Dave More
