I highly recommend Flood Ford. I had been to two other dealers (non Ford) and their "advertised prices" were not even close to what I was given when I was in the dearlership. At Flood, they had the best dealers (non Ford) and their "advertised prices" were not even close to what I was given when I was in the dearlership. At Flood, they had the best lease deal on a new Ford Focus and the advertised price was EXACTLY as advertised, plus the taxes, license and acquisition fee. I was treated honestly and professionally. They had the car all set at the door for my daughter to test drive when we arrived. All in all a great experience. This is my second experience with Flood Ford. The reason I went back to Flood was very simple. The first time I went there they made my car buying experience easy. This time was no different. The sales consultant, Steve Weidinger, knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle's computer systems and was patient when clearly explaining them to me. Today's vehicles are very complicated and Steve used simple and direct directions. (Thanks Steve!!) I love the Blue Tooth feature and I didn't think I'd use it. Also, a big thank you to David Cathey, Sales Manager who was friendly, and was very much a "people person" when talking with my husband about the details of the trade. (Great job David!!)
