Flood Ford is one of the best dealerships i have ever worked with. Having credit related problems in the past i thought that i was never going to get approved for a brand new vehicle. I was introduced to Andrew and i was open and honest with him about my past credit problems. Before promising me a thing he went to his sales manger to see what he could do. Andrew was great he didn't give me the run around and was honest and guided me into the right vehicle that was going to fit my needs and my budget. When it came time to the actual approval of the car Paulette in Finance became involved, she was a doll! she introduced herself and said, let me see what i can do to get this loan approved and shortly came back with a YES!!!!! I almost fell out of my chair.. after being told no or that i needed a co-signer at a few dealerships in my past it was nice to hear for the first time i could get into a car without a cosigner!!! Paulette then started to process the loan while doing that she made signing paperwork a blast. She is not only personable but absolutely hysterical. At the delivery of my car Andrew set up my phone with the sync that comes standard!! in the car. Andrew showed me how to use the features in the car, and put the plates on and we were off.
