My father has purchase four Fords from this dealership in the past and had nothing but good things to say. I first visited with my 6 year old daughter to test drive the Ford Escape (she is my most frequent copilot). We were BOTH treated well by our salesman, Mike Flood, Jr. Mike was kind, enthusiastic, fun to hang out with, well informed and informative, and friendly. After the test drive experience, I was eager to return with my husband to make a purchase, which I did, two days later. I called Mike and he had the vehicle waiting for us and was free to take another test drive with us. While the car buying experience is never easy (or short), this went as well as it could possibly go. Mike and the other staff at Flood worked with us to put us in the right vehicle at the right price. Everyone was friendly and respectful and we left there in our new car with smiles on our faces. Also, the follow up from the dealership has been thoughtful, thorough, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mike Flood, Jr. I look forward to doing business with them again. The difference between a V-6 and a V-8 model.( Blake was my salesman) After test diving both I made my choice. I spent time with John the finance manager, he was great with getting the financing to the best rate for me and helped me complete all the necessary forms. Through out the transaction Matt the dealership manger made sure the price on the new vehicle and my trade would work for me to get the best price on the new vehicle.
