Great dealership, great customer service Carlos was very professional and friendly when I met him a few days ago to look at some used cars I saw on their website. My first choice was a used 2 Carlos was very professional and friendly when I met him a few days ago to look at some used cars I saw on their website. My first choice was a used 2012 Ford Fiesta, but after test driving I decided it was not the right fit. Carlos suggested that I try the next style up, which was the Ford Focus. While the used model they had was a higher price than the Ford Fiesta, it was two years newer and it had less miles. It's a very sharp looking car and I felt comfortable with the transition, considering I used to drive an SUV. I had to come from Westerly to the dealership right after work, so their extended business hours during the week really made it easy for me to find my next car. I was at the dealership a little less than two hours and I felt that was a very convenient period of time considering how long others are usually at the dealership. The accountant that helped me with my loan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was easy to talk to while we waited for offers and had me sign about 10 different forms. Carlos had the car cleaned and ready for me to go once all of the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. It was a great experience for buying my first car. More

Very easy to get along with. Even stayed a little later to make sure everything was right. Paulette may seem to come off rough to some, but she's very direct and informative. Like the others she's actually really friendly. She made sure I understood how the financing portion worked the way it did. She taught me quite a bit in the short time I worked with her. Overall I made my decision to keep shopping here for my vehicles and will tell others to do so as well. Even though I live in MA.
