I then called the dealership and spoke with her, and she answered all my questions with price quotes, deals, financing, and I scheduled a test drive the next day and was greeted by George Shakel for my appointment. Test drive, quotes, questions answered and NO pressure at all to purchase. Done Deal. Everyone @ this dealership is pleasant, courteous and great to deal with. More

New truck purchase was a pleasant experience We were not going to buy a new truck right away, we usually need time to process the deal. No pressure ay anytime during our visit. Chris (sales rep) answered all of our questions and provided us with a full picture of the truck market. We found the truck we wanted and the incentives were incredible. We bought that day. The financing process went very well while working with Blake. Flood Ford helped us with some "extra's" we wanted with the truck. I am not usually comfortable buying a new vehicle considering the costs involved. But this experience felt right and we have no regrets working with Flood Ford Narragansett. More

Dealership is clean, personnel I dealt with are friendly but not pushy, and were willing to do some of the extra's needed to put a fair package together. I say "so far, so good" because I've not reached my 30 days (after purchase) and haven't needed to 'test' the follow-up and repair services promises...the full proof is yet to be revealed. I bought a 2015 car with 70,000 miles, so purchased an extended pats/service warranty...I hope & expect that promises will be kept! PS...This seems to be the practice of other dealers, however, the incessant rotation of experts (warranty explanations/costs, manager checks, mechanics, closure/finance personnel, etc.) is a little off-putting. Couldn't these experts coach sales personnel rather than have a cast of characters in/out of the process? More
I find the people working at the front desk of the service department to be helpful and courteous. The work done on the car is completed on time and is of high quality.
