PAY A DEP0SIT TO GET A PRICE??????? I have bought or leased a new car every 2 or 3 years for the last 40 years with the last 3 or 4 vehicles being Lincolns. Today, while attempting to g I have bought or leased a new car every 2 or 3 years for the last 40 years with the last 3 or 4 vehicles being Lincolns. Today, while attempting to get a price on a Lincoln I was told by George Shakel of FLOOD FORD LINCOLN that he needed a $500 deposit to move forward. Never, ever have I been asked for a deposit to get a quote on the price for a new car. I get the feeling this so-called salesperson didn't like me and wanted to get rid of me as a customer. Needless to say, I will not be giving FLOOD FORD LINCOLN a deposit for the pleasure of potentially doing business with them. Ridiculous. Makes me wonder what it was about me he didn't like. More

I found a 2015 Kia Optima online, the car was a great price so I decided to call Flood Ford to set up an appointment. April was very nice on the phone and set me up with David Bailey. Dave was a really g price so I decided to call Flood Ford to set up an appointment. April was very nice on the phone and set me up with David Bailey. Dave was a really genuine guy. He was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. When it came time for the finance department Blake took over and was awesome. He worked with the banks to get a deal done and was very helpful when deciding on purchasing a warranty. The car itself was in great condition they did a good job servicing it when it came on their lot. New tires, new battery, etc. I am very pleased with my purchase and overall experience and I would recommend you do business with them!! I will definitely consider working with them again for my future car purchases! More
