Great experience I was referred by a friend to Flood Ford in Narragansett. I immediately received a call back with a few vehicles to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership I felt very welcomed, no "typical pushy salesmen", a huge plus. I walked away with a new SUV and love it. Thank you David Bailey and Tim Whitford for making my experience that I had been dreading, a great one instead. I received a good deal on the vehicle I wanted and the Salesman (Ryan Leaf) did a fantastic job throughout the process. Ryan was very attentive to my wants, needs, and concerns. Ryan answered all my questions, and if he could not provide an answer for me, he was able to get the answer within a very short time period. He also personally made sure I was provided transportation when I needed to get to the dealership to complete the car purchase. The only issue that I have throughout this entire process was an issue with some of my fluids being at the minimum/below the minimum requirement of the vehicle. I informed the dealership and they told me to bring the car back to them at my leisure and they would top off all of the fluids needed. Although this is a slight inconvenience overall a great experience with Flood Ford and Lincoln of Narragansett. I have informed my experience with many friends and family in hopes that during their next car buying process they take a look at Flood Ford first. More
