Car buying was a pleasure Started our search via the Internet and within minutes Michelle began e-mailing me with the information I requested. We set up a day and time for us to come to the dealership to view the vehicle we were interested in. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the sales manager who paired us up with a sales consultant. Forty five minutes later the deal was made and could have taken delivery of the vehicle immediately, however we chose to return the next day as we had not brought the title for our trade. The following day upon our arrival, the paperwork was completed and we took delivery of a 2015 Lincoln MKX. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as David Bailey who was our salesconsultant. This is our second vehicle from Flood and I see many more purchases in the coming years. More
