Service never fixed the issue Sales folks are great, can't complain at all. But service is another story. I took my one year old Continental in for service for an electrical issue, they kept the car for three weeks, gave it back to me with "we can't find the problem". Um, yeah, that doesn't make me feel comfy cozy. This car went electrically stone cold dead, leaving me alone in a parking lot, which is the main reason I brought the car in. You keep it for weeks, give it back to me with "we can't find the problem" and think that's okay? Not cool. So now all I think about when I drive this car from now on is where I will be when this happens the next time. In an empty parking lot late at night? I have no confidence in this car anymore, which I don't like saying at all. More

Difficult fix, but best in service and attitude I experienced a long, drawn out/extended stay-over fix for a problem with my car, but was confident that the Flood Service staff would get the job don I experienced a long, drawn out/extended stay-over fix for a problem with my car, but was confident that the Flood Service staff would get the job done...and they did. Following protocols set forth by Lincoln corporate for warranty repairs (and an earlier failed fix at another dealership in Massachusetts) made for a true test of patience for all involved, but......all's well that ends well.
