Easy to work with over other dealerships! I had test drive and spent the day with a dealer in Norwood. The sales team there, though friendly, did not listen to what I wanted and literally push I had test drive and spent the day with a dealer in Norwood. The sales team there, though friendly, did not listen to what I wanted and literally pushed me on a car that was out of my price range. I would have just ordered what I wanted if they took the time to listen to what I wanted. I found a car in Narragansett, RI so I called and spoke to Jim on the phone. He was great! He listened to what I was looking for and found me options! I drove 1.5 hours a couple days later, explored my options and settled on the car I had wanted and in a better price range! Both Jim’s gave me a great deal on my trade and the financing/registration was seamless! I am so happy I took the chance to go out of my way, than try to buy a car closer to home. Don’t go any place else! I highly recommend Flood Ford! More

They are all very impressed with the service & quality of products purchased from Flood Ford. Armed with this information I set out to buy a car and was pleasantly surprised by the individualized attention I received. Joe Ciccetti listened to my needs & wants and immediately directed me to the best car for me and the best purchase option for me. He suggested that I lease and thoroughly explained the pros & cons in a way I could understand along with explaining the Ford Gap Insurance which helped me to make a well informed decision. He put me in a 2019 Lincoln MKC at an affordable price. I just could not be happier with this car and the desk they gave me. But it didn’t end there! Shortly thereafter my husband had an accident and he needed another car. I went right back to Flood Ford and this time Joe Cicchetti Jr. Found me a used Ford Fusion with low mileage and in excellent condition! This car is so sweet!!
