Overall good experience Came here for my first car buy. Chris was very helpful and kind and was open to my needs. The only issues came with the paperwork and after the deal was completed. I had applied for credit online via ford and and a hard inquiry was done on my record at the point, a reference number was given to me to give the dealer. I gave it to finance however after looking at my credit report after I noticed that a second hard inquiry was done. Also after all the paperwork was done the service department took quite a bit to ready the car for me. More

Since then have bought all cars from you and all maintenance because the trust is there. I don't know all the guys in Service (or Sales), but they all know ME. I've been in and out of there since the building was built. I especially recall the Stephanie days and was sorry to see her go. Service on all the cars we have bought from FF has been excellent. The most PITA car was a Sable that we could not chase down the Engine Light On problem for many many visits, but even that was OK. Someone who worked there then bought that Sable when we traded it in. PS: On the Service Lane question below; I have never used the Service Lane. I park and walk in.
