Arrived a little early for scheduled appointment, vehicle was taken to service area immediately, & service was completed in less than an hour. Included washing the vehicle before returning to me. Vehicle was clean inside & out -- no greasy fingerprints on hood, steering wheel, etc. (a common leftover when serviced by many mechanics). Waiting area was clean with coffee & donuts available, service was prompt & courteous -- a good experience I would expect from a Lincoln dealer.
